A unique blend of QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) developed by the late Dolores Cannon & BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing) a more recent method developed by Candice Craw Goldman.
During a Quantum Healing journey you are invited into a deep state of relaxation. It is a form of hypnosis, & with the inner-standing that all hypnosis is self hypnosis, you are always in control.
It usually involves some form of forgiveness of or acceptance for a situation, another person or one's self.
I am just here to facilitate the session, support, guide you and ask questions. It's completely natural, you actually visit this state of brain wave twice daily, just before you wake up & just before you go to sleep. This is a powerful but gentle heart based healing technique. We bring your heart & mind into coherence and allow the process to unfold.
We are now aware, through modern scientific discoveries, that are able to measure the metaphysical realms, that the heart has it's own intelligence, it is different from but connected to the mind. There is a saying, 'The heart knows, the mind thinks'...
We can learn to tap into, practice & trust that knowing, once we consciously re-establish the connection.
We then complete the session with asking your higher self some questions which you will prepare before arrival.
Some people remember everything from their experience, and some people feel like they've just had a deep nap and don't remember much or anything, there's no right or wrong. Some people go into other lives, realms and dimensions or visit moments earlier in this life, if it's appropriate for them.
You're higher self knows what you need and everything that happens is perfect.

A state of relaxation & receivership is encouraged during this session, as this is an energetic transmission / activation, as well as a basic astrology reading.

Laura has a beautiful calm voice and I immediately felt relaxed going into my online healing session.
I found my imagined peaceful place within a pyramid of light enveloping me and experienced feeling held in a safe space.
