Some ways I can describe myself are as a seeker, a healer, and a bridge between worlds. I grew up on a small island in the English Channel and had a very free and safe childhood. My initiation into grief began with a deep loss of my father at 11, and then other family members over the years following this - grief cracked me open to the mysteries of life, spirituality, and the unseen forces guiding us all. This set me on a lifelong path of discovery, devotion, and deep healing.

Many experiences from being sent to boarding school at a young age, leaving a successful business & longterm relationship to work a Canadian ski season, road tripping across the North American continent, swimming with Humpback whales, learning to scuba dive, sleep in my van under the stars, all while paying attention to how this Realm & Reality isn't as it seems & that on some level we are creating our reality, what do we choose if we have the power to effect our own life and create our own health, harmony, wealth & align with the frequesncy of abundance?
I know I'd rather live in authentic empowerment than be a victim of circumstance. 

From an early age, even though I coudnt name it, I was drawn to the mechanics of spirituality, yearning to understand the intricate connection between the body, energy, and the vast intelligence of the universe. I built a successful career in beauty therapy and later in holistic wellness, using my hands as instruments of healing, but I soon realized that my work extended far beyond the physical. Healing, to me, is a sacred act - one that reaches into the depths of the soul and that contributes to a New Earth that we are all building, where abundance is possible for all. 

My spirit has always been wild and untethered. The call to travel, explore, and remember was too strong to ignore. I chose the nomadic path, journeying to sacred sites around the world, walking the ancient lands, feeling the pulse of the Earth beneath my feet. It was here, by the ocean, in cities, up mountains, among the trees, temples, pyramids, where ever my guidance has led me, that I began activating innate gifts and then more aware of my calling to music & dancing as medicine, cacao circles and correct sacred use, grid work, shamanic Egyptian astrology, land & water based ritual and prayer.

My passion lies in weaving the ancient with the modern - guiding others into remembrance. Through my hands, my voice, and my presence, I help others reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, the whispers of the Earth, and the infinite guidance of the stars.

Today, I hold space for healing in many forms - through bodywork, energy work, ceremonies, and leading groups to sacred lands to activate, awaken, and heal alongside the Earth herself. My work is an invitation to return - to your body, your power, and the deeper truth of who you are.
